Thank you for shopping at Monginis Bakery. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products and customer service possible. Please read our policy on returns and refunds:
1. Returns
- We accept returns on products that are damaged or defective upon receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@monginisfranchises.co.in and send your item to 1602, 16th Floor, Marathon Icon, Off Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are non-returnable.
5. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
